Laksh here!
What’s up everyone, Laksh here from Projects by Laksh! Today, I’m excited to introduce you to my latest project: building a motorized skateboard!
In this video, I’m giving you a quick rundown of the build before I dive into the nitty-gritty details in future videos.
For this project, I’ll be using:
- A motor to get this thing going!
- A switch to turn it on and off (safety first, people!)
- A connector to hook everything up
- A motor controller for smooth riding (hopefully!)
- A lithium iron cell to keep it juiced
- A cell case to keep the battery safe
- A rubber band – hey, gotta improvise sometimes! You’ll see why in the next video ;)
- And of course, a skateboard – because, well, it’s a motorized skateboard project!
I might need to get a pulley for this later on, but for now, the rubber band will have to do.
That’s all for today! In the next video, I’ll be taking you through the building process, so stay tuned! And by the way, if you have any suggestions or questions, leave them down in the comments below.
Alright, that’s it from me. Until next time, this is Laksh signing off. See you on the next project, which by the way, will be a sweet new skateboard design – stay tuned for that too!
